Coach Nakole

After more than 12 years working in healthcare, Nakole developed a deep passion for helping individuals improve their health through prevention, movement, and nutrition.

Her journey into coaching was shaped by both professional experience and personal adversity. After suffering a shoulder injury, Nakole was inspired to return to school to better understand movement mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term health—so she could not only heal herself, but help others avoid similar setbacks.

Nakole is currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology, where she is studying advanced movement analysis, injury prevention, and exercise programming for special populations. Her education is complemented by certifications in spin instruction, nutrition, and strength and conditioning, allowing her to take a well-rounded, science-based approach to coaching.

At 4F Coaching, Nakole brings a unique strength in bridging the gap between training and nutrition. She is passionate about helping members move better, build strength safely, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term results. Her background in healthcare and continued education make her especially effective in working with individuals who have previous injuries, medical considerations, or are looking for a smarter, more intentional approach to fitness.

Nakole’s long-term goal is to become a Registered Dietitian, where she plans to further integrate exercise science and nutrition to help people prevent disease, reduce injury risk, and improve overall quality of life.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find Nakole embracing the lifestyle she coaches—mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.

Our mission is to positively impact the health of our community. We will educate and empower our members by compassionately coaching them and inspiring confidence in them.
